Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) represents the pinnacle of modern thermal concentration technology. By utilizing a centrifugal compressor or Roots blower, MVR systems compress the secondary vapor generated during the evaporation process. This compression increases both the pressure and temperature of the vapor, allowing it to be recycled back into the system as the primary heating medium.
Our technical roadmap focuses on optimizing the Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) and maximizing the Coefficient of Performance (COP). By integrating advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling, we design falling film and forced circulation evaporators that operate at minimal temperature differences (ΔT of 3°C to 6°C), preventing product degradation and scaling while maximizing heat transfer coefficients.
The next generation of Jiangsu Zongheng MVR systems incorporates IoT sensors and predictive maintenance algorithms. By continuously monitoring vibration profiles of the high-speed turbo compressors, heat exchanger fouling rates, and liquid distribution patterns, our smart control systems prevent unscheduled downtime.
Furthermore, we are actively developing hybrid systems that combine MVR with membrane filtration (such as Reverse Osmosis) and Waste Heat Recovery units. This holistic approach enables Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) for chemical and pharmaceutical plants, aligning with global environmental regulations and corporate ESG goals.
