View Specifications →The industrial landscape in Israel is characterized by highly sophisticated, regulation-dense, and water-stressed operational frameworks. Local processors in sectors such as bio-refineries, food fermentation, and alternative plant proteins face some of the highest water costs and strict environmental discharge rules globally. Starch processors and food technology hubs located in the Negev, Haifa, and Galilee zones rely heavily on closed-loop circular systems.
Our Degerming Mills and downstream equipment (like our Starch Washing Cyclones and Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) Evaporators) address this constraint. Our multi-stage process lines minimize freshwater intake. This system works by counter-current washing, which allows recycled water to serve in the preliminary steeping and milling loops, keeping effluent levels close to zero.
"Process engineering in water-scarce zones like Israel demands more than machinery; it requires high mechanical precision to yield maximum starch extraction from minimal water volumes."
In starch processing, separating the oil-rich germ from the starchy endosperm without rupturing the germ envelope is crucial. Rupturing the germ introduces free fatty acids into the starch slurry, reducing starch purity and causing process foaming. The Zongheng Degerming Mill utilizes an adjustable dual-rotor design to optimize shear force and impact velocity. This feature allows processors to adjust parameters depending on grain quality, tempering moisture, and biological throughput.
This precision mechanical action directly benefits subsequent separation processes, ensuring downstream machinery works with high efficiency.
Located in the machinery hub of Yixing, Jiangsu, we integrate digital manufacturing to deliver reliable machinery to Israel.
Our pressure vessels, evaporators, and bundle dryers are fabricated in compliance with ASME section VIII requirements, ensuring safe operation at high pressures.
Using laser-cutting machinery and automated welding platforms, we process specialized alloys (SS304, SS316L, 2205 duplex steel) to provide reliable corrosion resistance.
Established in 1992, Zongheng has evolved from a local light industry machinery factory into an international supplier of process equipment.
Over three decades of developing specialized processing equipment and expanding our technical capabilities.

We provide equipment certified under ASME Section VIII ("U" Stamp authorization) for all pressure designs, along with standard European CE certifications. These comply with Israeli Ministry of Labor and regional safety standards for high-pressure industrial systems.
Large-scale components are designed modularly. Shell and tube components, bundle shafts, and heavy frames are secured inside flat-rack containers or shipped as bulk break-bulk cargo. We handle customs and transport documentation for delivery to Haifa and Ashdod ports, ensuring safe transition to inland industrial zones.
We use high-chromium cast iron and tungsten carbide hard-facings on the primary impact plates. The main chamber is lined with replaceable wear plates made from SS316L or Duplex steel. This configuration prevents premature degradation when processing abrasive grain slurries.
Yes. For regions in Israel where reclaimed wastewater contains elevated chloride concentrations, we construct the cyclone bodies and manifold piping using SAF 2205 or SAF 2507 duplex stainless steel. This configuration prevents pitting and stress-corrosion cracking.
