The Jiangsu Zongheng MQG Airflow Dryer operates on the principle of flash drying. Wet material is dispersed into a stream of heated air (or gas) which conveys it through a drying duct. The heat transfer from the air to the particles is extremely rapid because of the high surface area-to-volume ratio of the suspended particles.
Our proprietary design utilizes impulse airflow tubes with alternating diameters. As the material-laden gas flows through these constrictions, the velocity changes dynamically. This creates high relative velocity between the hot air and the solid particles, breaking down the boundary layer of moisture surrounding each particle and dramatically accelerating heat and mass transfer.
