In crystallization processes, the boiling point elevation (BPE) of the solution increases drastically as concentrations approach saturation. Standard falling film evaporators, while highly efficient for pre-concentration, fail when crystals begin to precipitate. Forced circulation evaporators solve this by employing a high-flow recirculating axial pump that maintains system velocity between 1.5 to 3.0 m/s inside the heat exchanger tubes. This prevents localized boiling and scaling on the tube walls, delaying crystallization until the superheated liquid enters the flash separator vessel.

Falling Film Evaporator

Falling Film Evaporator Systems

Designed to handle high viscosity, salting, scaling, and solid-precipitating liquids. By utilizing high capacity axial-flow pumps to force recirculation through the heat exchanger, crystallization occurs in the separation separator rather than on heat-transfer surfaces.

MVR Evaporator

Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR)

MVR technology drastically reduces energy consumption by recycling the latent heat of secondary steam. A mechanical compressor elevates the temperature and pressure of the waste vapor, reintroducing it as the heating medium. This eliminates the need for fresh boiler steam during stable operation.

Starch Industry Upstream & Downstream Integration

Jiangsu Zongheng provides a complete turnkey process line. In starch and alcohol DDGS plants, corn is first cracked by our precision Degerming Mill Machine. Starch particles are subsequently washed and refined using the multi-cyclone Starch Washing Cyclone system. Fibers are dewatered via the Single Screw Press to reduce mechanical moisture to the lowest possible level before entering the ZXG Tube Bundle Dryer or MQG Airflow Dryer. The liquid phase containing dissolved solids is concentrated in our high-performance MVR Evaporation Plant, ensuring full resource loop closure.
